The hotel was conveniently located near the bus station.

Attempts to have my room cleaned were met with resistance. I had to ask multiple times, which disrupted the comfort of my stay.

well appointed venue, fabulous food, perfect location to a fabulous bulgarian restaurant. functional and big room with good amenities, good offer.

Our room was extremely spacious and provided with WiFi, TV and the bathroom. We were in a marvellous and perfect location at a short distance from a cathedral church. There was a great restaurant, a market and a bakery next door...

The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in without any issues. My friends and I appreciated the luggage storage room. The lobby had a cute atmosphere with a great spot to unwind after our activities.

The hotel's foyer offered a warm, inviting atmosphere with gorgeous leather lounges that provided comfort , making it easy for me to relax after a day of exploring Sofia.

A kettle for hot drinks would be nice.

The location of cheap is perfect! Just a short walk to the bakery down the street made mornings good. Our hostess was super kind and let us drop off our bags early. The free access to the victoria spa center was a nice bonus too.

Had a blast with my friends! Loved the clean rooms and friendly staff. We visited the fine Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the cool Museum of Socialist Art. Just a heads up, the bathrooms have an interesting setup, but it was worth it for the location and friendly vibe.

The location is fab, super close to transport. The room was big and had a fridge, which helped keep my snacks cold 😁. WiFi was strong, too! Just watch out for the weird shower setup. Made the floor slippery. The bar area was nice for unwinding.
